Warning: I am currently low on sleep AND on my second cup of coffee. This may cause me to be over-excited and to exaggerate a lot. Note: Over-excitement and the topic of baseball usually do not combine well for me. My apologies.
As many of you know, baseball season is right around the corner! Baseball is my all-time favorite sport so this is a really big deal to me. My lovely Minnesota Twins play their first regular season game NEXT FRIDAY, April 1st in Toronto! Lucky for me, I have the night off. I currently have a date with Fox Sports North. The Twins opening game at Target Field is Friday, April 8th against the Oakland A's. (Coco Crisp, anyone?) Now here's where the sad part comes in...due to my work schedule, I won't be able to make it to a game until the end of April! So I will just have to settle for watching the games while at work. Also, if you HAVE NOT been to Target Field...what are you waiting for?! Pretty sure this outdoor stadium is THE single most amazing thing to have ever happened to Minnesota. I can't wait to be there again. I love outdoor baseball. And I can't wait to see Danny V again and to wear my autographed Valencia jersey. Ha, yes, I am just that cool. :)
