Here is my lesson for the day. You know that old saying 'you can't judge a book by it's cover'? Likewise, you can't judge the attractiveness of a person by their voice. Sad day for me. (My apologies, no further explanation will be provided at this time. Ya'll can just use your imagination. Yes, I did just say ya'll.)
I'm really sad to say that I just realized I missed Starbucks 40th Anniversary Tribute Days. It was LAST week - March 10-12. You got a free Starbucks Petite when you ordered any handcrafted beverage. I saw the event on facebook even! Anyways, the Petites look really cute! They include: birthday cake pop, carrot cake mini cupcake, lemon sweet square, peanut butter mini cupcake, red velvet whoopie pie, rocky road cake pop, salted caramel sweet square, and tiramisu cake pop. Yum, they all sound delicious, but I'd really like to try the red velvet whoopie pie! So sad I missed this. I even have a Starbucks gift card and totally could have gone for a soy green tea latte with one pump of classic. Or a nonfat cinnamon dolce latte with whip and dolce sprinkles. Or a soy chai with no water. Gosh, I miss working at Starbucks. Sometimes. I don't so much miss working at Target. Blech...still love shopping there though!
Well, I'm off to bed pretty soon. I have the day off tomorrow finally! Eight days of work in a row can really wear a girl out, especially when half of them are overnights. So tomorrow will be nice. Happy Wednesday loves. Night night.
